In the last month, Minecraft developer Mojang announced May 16 (North America) and May 14 (Europe) release dates for the game's boxed PS3 edition. Mojang's Owen Hill commented on the PlayStation Blog announcement that Mojang is "aiming for Q2/Q3 this year for the PS4/Vita versions."
